The OMSES Ex 10-J is the smallest and most affordable unit in the ecosol range, a 0.5 kW system built for shops running single-spindle CNC machines that don't need the throughput of our larger units, but still want every benefit of MQL: longer tool life, dry chips, no coolant tank, no coolant disposal. It is an external delivery system only, it is not intended for through-spindle applications. It mounts on the back panel of the machine or on a dedicated mounting stand, runs on standard 220V single-phase power, and ships with the same touchscreen HMI and standalone PLC as every other ecosol.
