The OMSES 040 is a 2.5 kW system with inbuilt booster for shops that need the highest output in the standard ecosol range. It covers the same standard machining range as the 020 and 030, with the pressure and flow needed for exotic alloys, deep-hole drilling, and demanding high-speed machining. Every other ecosol feature is present: standalone PLC, touchscreen HMI, Harting plug-and-play CNC interface, and full auto/manual control.

Applications

Built for the hardest jobs.

The OMSES 040 is the only choice when material, speed, or depth pushes standard MQL to its limits.

Milling

Through-spindle or open-cast delivery. Increases cutting speed without thermal damage. Particularly effective for high-speed machining of aluminium and exotic alloys.

Drilling

Through-spindle MQL delivers lubricant straight to the drill point, even in deep-hole applications. Eliminates chip evacuation problems associated with flood coolant.

Tapping

Precise lubrication at the tap engagement zone, fewer broken taps, cleaner threads, better surface finish on internal threads.

Turning

Open-cast aerosol delivery for external turning. Dry, corrosion-free chips that fall away cleanly. No chip recutting.

Broaching

Continuous lubrication throughout the broach pass. Better tool life on broaches and cleaner finish on internal splines and keyways.

Deep Drawing & Forming

Reduces friction at the die-workpiece interface. Cleaner formed parts, longer die life, no flood coolant cleanup.

Hobbing

Precise aerosol delivery to the hob-workpiece engagement zone. Extends hob life, improves surface finish on gear teeth, and eliminates flood coolant cleanup between cycles.

Exotic Alloys & Bar Saw

Titanium, Inconel, hardened steels, and bar saw cutting. The 040's 2.5 kW rating and inbuilt booster handle the most demanding material removal environments.

Reaming

Controlled aerosol for finish reaming on tight-tolerance bores. Eliminates built-up edge, delivers clean burr-free holes, and extends reamer life on hardened materials.
