Vegetable-based MQL lubricant. Ester-based, formulated to be non-hazardous and biodegradable based on ingredient data, engineered exclusively for the Ogale ecosol range and warrantied with every system.
KwikKut® OMSecolube is blended specifically for the Ogale ecosol aerosol generator. It's formulated to atomise consistently at the micro-quantities MQL demands. Ogale recommends it for warranted performance across the ecosol range. Use of an unapproved lubricant may cause performance issues or damage for which Ogale is not responsible, and may void warranty coverage.
The base is more than 99% vegetable oil ester. The additive package contains friction and wear reducing agents: WS₂, MoS₂, hBN, plus natural antioxidants, in combination totalling no more than 0.3% w/w. The result is an oil formulated for cutting-edge performance, dry recyclable chips, and standard shop-floor handling with safety glasses as minimum PPE.

Health 0: minimal hazard under HMIS. Standard safety glasses (PPE rating 1) are recommended for normal handling.
Flammability 0: minimal flammability hazard under HMIS during normal machining conditions.
Physical hazard 0: chemically stable under normal conditions. Store according to the handling instructions in the product safety data.
PPE 1: safety glasses recommended. Standard safety glasses or goggles are suitable for normal handling and MQL operation when used as directed.
