India's First Single Channel MQL System ESG Compliant

The future
in machining.

Create a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable workplace with Ogale ecosol MQL and near-dry machining. Save 70% on consumables, extend tool life by up to 40%, and eliminate flood coolant entirely.

Proudly Made in India
Why MQL?

Microlubrication that replaces flood coolant.

MQL is a microlubrication technique that facilitates near-dry machining. It eliminates large quantities of hazardous coolants and replaces them with a small quantity of environment-friendly lubricant in the form of aerosol.

Cost Effective
Save up to 70% on consumables vs other MQL brands. No water, no recurring sump costs.
Space Effective
Mounts on the back panel of any CNC. No tank, no pump, no sump system required.
Clean Shop Floor
Dry chips, no slippery floors, no airborne mist. A safer environment for everyone.
Precision & Efficiency
Reduce cycle time by up to 30%. Increase cutting speeds without losing tool life.
Tool Health
Up to 40% longer tool life. No thermal variation at the cutting edge.
Easy Disposal
Dry chips ready for scrap. No hazardous coolant waste. No biocide handling. Fully ESG-compliant waste stream.
Health of Workers
99.7% vegetable-based, non-toxic, non-hazardous. Cleaner air. Safer hands. Meets ESG occupational health standards.
Carbon Net Zero
Biodegradable, eco-friendly, and 100% Made in India with domestic components. ESG compliant by design.
ESG Compliance

Go ESG compliant before it's too late.

ESG is international. If your customers export, report sustainability metrics, or audit supplier processes, coolant-heavy machining quickly becomes a procurement and compliance question.

Ogale ecosol removes wastewater handling, hazardous coolant disposal, and biocide management from the machining line. That means cleaner environmental reporting, safer operator exposure, and a process that is easier to defend in ESG reviews.

Our Story

The first Minimum Quantity Lubrication manufacturer in India.

Ogale Machines & Systems was founded by Captain Sachin Ogale — a retired Air India pilot and 20-year veteran of precision automotive restoration. We design, manufacture, and assemble every ecosol unit in Pune, using 100% domestically sourced components, and blend our own KwikKut® OMSecolube lubricant in Maharashtra.

Indian machine shops have long relied on hazardous water-based flood coolants. We knew there was a better way. So we built it.

MQL stands for Minimum Quantity Lubrication. Instead of flooding the cutting zone with coolant, it uses vegetable-based ester lubricant in the form of aerosol, delivered precisely to the cutting edge. This keeps the shop floor dry, produces clean chips, and removes the need for tanks, pumps, filtration, and waste disposal.

Yes. The Ogale ecosol is an independent system with its own PLC. It connects to your CNC machine via a standard interface and requires no modification to the machine. It can be mounted on the back panel or installed on a dedicated stand, and it works with all major CNC brands.

MQL is suitable for turning, milling, drilling, tapping, broaching, deep drawing, and bar saw cutting. It supports both internal delivery (through spindle) and external delivery (open-cast nozzles). It is particularly effective for high-speed machining and exotic alloy applications where flood coolant is not viable.

All Ogale ecosol systems use a vegetable-based ester MQL lubricant: KwikKut® OMSecolube. It is more than 99.7% vegetable-based, food-grade, biodegradable, and engineered specifically for Ogale systems.

The system typically consumes 2 to 2.5 litres per day on an 18 hour production cycle, depending on the machine, tool, and operation.

Yes — 100%. Every ecosol unit is designed, assembled, and tested in Pune, Maharashtra, using domestically produced components. The KwikKut® OMSecolube lubricant is also blended in India. Ogale Machines & Systems is a proudly Indian company.

YES. In most cases, surface finish improves because MQL reduces thermal variation at the cutting edge and maintains more consistent lubrication through the cut.

The Ogale ecosol typically needs maintenance every 1 year or 5,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. Day-to-day operation requires only routine top-up and inspection.

The system requires a compressed air supply of 5-15 CFM, depending on the model and process. Compressed air should meet ISO 8573-1:2010 quality class 5 or better.
