When standard MQL isn't enough.

The OMS 040 is a 2.5 kW system with inbuilt booster for shops that need the highest output in the standard ecosol range. It covers the same standard machining range as the 020 and 030, with the pressure and flow needed for exotic alloys, deep-hole drilling, and demanding high-speed machining. Every other ecosol feature is present: standalone PLC, touchscreen HMI, Harting plug-and-play CNC interface, and full auto/manual control.

The OMS 040 is the only choice when material, speed, or depth pushes standard MQL to its limits.

Milling & Drilling

Face milling, end milling, and deep-hole drilling on common and exotic materials. The inbuilt booster sustains stable aerosol pressure at high spindle speeds.

Tapping & Turning

Through-spindle aerosol for tapping operations and open-cast delivery for lathe turning. Dry, corrosion-free chips across all CNC operations.

Exotic Alloys & Bar Saw

Titanium, Inconel, hardened steels, broaching, deep-hole drilling, and bar saw cutting. The 040's 2.5 kW rating and inbuilt booster handle the most demanding machining environments.

Compatible lubricant

Runs on KwikKut® OMSecolube only.

Use of any other lubricant voids the warranty and risks damage to the aerosol generator.

KwikKut® OMSecolube 99-9

99.7% vegetable-based, food-grade MQL oil. Biodegradable, non-toxic, non-hazardous. HMIS health rating 0. Available in packs from 1 to 35 Litres, with three grades for different machining loads.
