The starting point of near-dry machining.

The OMS 020 is the smallest unit in the ecosol range — a 1 kW system built for shops running single-spindle CNC machines that don't need the throughput of our larger units, but still want every benefit of MQL: longer tool life, dry chips, no coolant tank, no coolant disposal. It mounts on the back panel of the machine, runs on standard 220V single-phase power, and ships with the same touchscreen HMI, standalone PLC, and closed-loop aerosol generator as every other ecosol.

Compatible lubricant

Runs on KwikKut® OMSecolube only.

Use of any other lubricant voids the warranty and risks damage to the aerosol generator. Our food-grade vegetable oil is engineered specifically for the ecosol system.
