The OMS 030 is a 1.5 kW system with inbuilt booster for shops running production CNCs on one or two shifts. It covers the same standard machining range as the 020 and 040, with output sized for heavier day-to-day use. Same standalone PLC, same touchscreen HMI, same Harting plug-and-play interface as every other ecosol.

The OMS 030 handles the full standard machining range, comfortably, across long shifts.

Milling & Drilling

Face milling, end milling, deep-hole drilling on common steels, cast iron, aluminium. Handles higher spindle speeds than the 020.

Tapping & Broaching

Through-spindle aerosol extends tap life significantly. Consistent lubrication across long production runs without coolant tank top-ups.

Turning & Bar Saw Cutting

Open-cast delivery for lathe turning and bar saw operations. Dry, corrosion-free chips. No rust preventives needed on finished parts.

Compatible lubricant

Runs on KwikKut® OMSecolube only.

Use of any other lubricant voids the warranty and risks damage to the aerosol generator.

KwikKut® OMSecolube 99-9

99.7% vegetable-based, food-grade MQL oil. Biodegradable, non-toxic, non-hazardous. HMIS health rating 0. Available in packs from 1 to 35 Litres, with three grades for different machining loads.
